The central concert of Groningen Sax Fest 2026 brings together internationally recognised artists, young musicians and new music in one programme at the Prins Claus Conservatorium.
Featuring Arno Bornkamp, Juana Tecles Palop, Vitaly Vatulya, Maria Nemtsova and Xabier Oruesagasti, together with saxophone students from Prins Claus Conservatorium and ArtEZ Conservatorium Zwolle.
The programme also includes two world premieres by Groningen composers and Prins Claus Conservatorium alumni Deborah de Graaf and Jelte Rienstra, commissioned especially for the first edition of Groningen Sax Fest.
